MSAT Process Engineer

Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced MSAT Process Engineer. This role has a focal point on the early stages of the biopharmaceutical production process, working both on-site and remotely. The successful candidate will play a key role in introducing new products and improving existing processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Help introduce new manufacturing processes by transferring technology from labs to large-scale production.
• Work on improving processes to make them more efficient and reliable.
• Support current manufacturing processes by analysing data and helping with any necessary changes.
• Collaborate with lab teams and other departments to ensure successful production.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences with relevant experience in process development.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
• Previous working history with cell culture processes; knowledge of purification is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing work demands.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and manufacturing practices is beneficial.
