Job Description

  • Welcome visitors, especially VIPs, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Oversee office operations, including phone lines, mail handling, supplies, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Manage office-related invoices (SAP S4/Hana) and coordinate with external suppliers.
  • Assist the General Manager with calendar management, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings.
  • Handle company fleet operations, including orders, policies, and inquiries, in collaboration with HR and procurement.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as organizing events and enhancing internal communications.

The Successful Applicant

  • You excel in communication and express yourself fluently in French and English, both written and spoken, with a solid knowledge in Dutch
  • You thrive in administrative and organizational tasks, finding joy in creating structure and efficiency.
  • Your friendly and positive demeanor makes you approachable and a pleasure to work with.
  • Detail-oriented and precise, you ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You handle stress with ease, effectively managing priorities even in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, you embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Experience in reception and office management is a strong advantage.
