Your mission

We are looking for a driven Operations Manager to elevate our operational activities to the next level. You will lead a team of 10 Project Managers, coordinate various disciplines, and contribute to process optimization and strategy.

Focus areas

• Motivating and supporting project managers.
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across all operations.
• Collaborating with the executive team on strategic objectives.
• Optimizing processes, supply chain, and internal communication.
• Coaching teams and facilitating their development.

Profile

• A master’s degree in a technical field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Experience in project or operations management, ideally in HVAC or multi-technical environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A hands-on mentality with a pragmatic approach.
• A drive to work in an innovative and sustainable sector.
• Proficiency in Dutch is required, as it is the primary language of communication.
