We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Product Owner to join our team on a cutting-edge embedded software project in the defense sector. You will act as a crucial link between our client and our CBTW delivery center in Brussels, driving the project's success from conception to delivery.

Your responsibilities as an Experienced Embedded Software Product Owner

• Capture client needs and translate it for our delivery center
• Serve as the liaison between the client and our delivery center
• Write high-level requirements (HLR) and support project budgeting
• Collaborate with project managers and architects on system solutions
• Organize proof of concepts within development teams
• Define project scope, objectives, work-packages, timelines, and costs
• Maintain project plans and supervise subcontractors
• Approve project deliverables and report risks and status updates

Your talent as an Experienced Embedded Software Product Owner

• At least 3 years of experience on similar projects with strong documentation skills
• Fluent in French and in English
• Experience in the following sectors is preferred: defense, aero, automotive or pharmaceutical, and open to discover the aero/defense sector
• Must have Belgian nationality or nationality from a NATO country
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Understanding of C, C++, Python, and Linux, knowledge in SCADE is a plus
• Available to start at the latest in September
• Mobility of an hour around Brussels, with possibility of homeworking after initial onboarding
• Preferably seeking an internal position but open to freelancing
