Our recent meet-up with Chtitedev & Polarity Association was a powerful testament to the incredible women driving innovation and challenging the status quo in our industry. The evening revealed stark realities: only 15% of tech students are women, who earn 15% less in technical roles, with nearly 50% leaving the sector before reaching 5 years of experience. But this wasn't a story of limitation—it was a narrative of empowerment.
