Project Management Officer

Our client is a global leader in the logistics sector. They are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance PMO Specialist to join their OTC (Order-to-Cash) Finance Team and provide essential project support. This will be a 6-month contract (extendable) with a hybrid working model of 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Process Management:

• Develop, document, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with established processes.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in the detailed execution and monitoring of project milestones, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Work closely with the OTC Finance Team to support project initiatives and track deliverables.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including SOPs and process guidelines.
• Provide detailed updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Support the team in resolving operational bottlenecks and enhancing workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in a PMO role or similar, preferably within finance or logistics.
• Languages:
• Native Dutch and fluent English (both written and spoken).
