Your Mission

As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in recruitment and business development. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leadership & Team ManagementSupervise and guide your team, fostering their development and ensuring targets are met.
  • Act as a mentor, providing strategic direction and performance feedback.
  • Business DevelopmentExpand and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio of Kingsley’s services across divisions.
  • Recruitment Strategy ExecutionOversee the recruitment process, including position analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Operational InvolvementContribute to Kingsley’s growth by suggesting ideas for process improvements and new business initiatives.
  • Uphold Kingsley’s core values and service delivery standards.


What We’re Looking For :

Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development is a plus. Leadership experience is highly valued.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (all fields welcome).

Skills: A natural communicator, passionate about sales and customer relationships. Team-oriented and ready to take on responsibility.

Languages: Fluent in French and English.

Personality: Driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial. You thrive on challenges and have a genuine interest in guiding others to success.
