About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will consolidate and analyze complex data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic commercial decisions. This role involves not just building dashboards but interpreting the data, understanding market trends, and supporting key stakeholders with informed recommendations. Reporting to the Manager of Business Analytics, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to influence pricing strategies, commercial conditions, and budget planning.
• Data Interpretation & Insight Generation: Analyze and present key sales and CRM performance data to stakeholders, transforming raw numbers into impactful business insights.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency by coordinating with various departments.
• Sales Incentive Management: Develop simulations, manage accruals, and communicate incentive plans to teams across regions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar B2B international environment, ideally with exposure to International markets, EMEA and APAC.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and QlikView. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Analytical Excellence: Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and a proven track record in data visualization and report automation.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present complex insights clearly to various stakeholders and lead project functions independently.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
