Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are collaborating with a rapidly growing scale-up operating in the manufacturing and transportation industry.

Their platforms enhance operational efficiency and streamline logistics, offering real-time insights into supply chain management.

They're currently on the hunt for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help run their software across multiple factories and manufacturing sites, including near their Dendermonde site.

You should be comfortable with React and Node, and have the motivation to grow into a Technical Lead in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Implement robust and secure APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Lead architectural decisions, contributing to system design and integration efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in code quality and development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, driving innovation and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience in building and deploying scalable web applications in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
