WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Independent management and coordination of EU/NATO funding projects in the civil defence sector
  • Cross-functional and cross-divisional coordination of complex and short-term projects
  • Identification of important areas of activity for Rheinmetall under evaluation of finance and controlling aspects
  • Participation and follow-up of various events
  • Acquisition of regional and national funding in the EU member states in the civil and security defence sector

Please note that the location for this position is in Brussels.

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, law or natural sciences would be an advantage
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the areas of business development, sales, strategy, controlling or similar
  • Knowledge of the most important EU/NATO funding and procurement programs and a general understanding of the functioning of the EU/NATO institutions desirable
  • High affinity for challenges and shaping developments in the European and global defence industry context
  • Structured, fast and diligent way of working as well as customer orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken English and French, knowledge of German an advantage
