We are a dynamic software development company based out of Belgium with a team of 100 belonging to a leading digital healthcare player, Group Softway Medical. Our focus is on delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare operations. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the Flanders region.

Position Overview

The Senior Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base in Flanders. This role requires a proven track record in sales, in particular in acquiring new clients and selling complex solutions, ideally within the healthcare software sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The job reports to the Sales Director Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and expand our customer base in Flanders.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals and clinics, identify key decision makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within clients (e.g. medical directors, Information system directors…)
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Share market, solution and competition inputs gathered in the field within the Group.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the given territory but also to collaborate with other colleagues in Belgium and France.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, good command of French.
