As a solution analyst, you are part of the Security Solutions team within the Service Center ICT Security. This team is responsible for the implementation and management of all ICT Security solutions within Colruyt Group. Including solutions related to a.o.. Identity & Access Management, Privileged User Management, Malware Protection, Cloud Security, Monitoring & Analytics, ...
Most of these solutions are package implementations, with a small number of in-house developed applications.
Solution analyst will work on one or more projects related to these.
You give (functional) support to the other (partner facing) Service Centers within ICT regarding the efficient and effective use of the ICT Security solutions.
You will also share your knowledge and experience with the other solution analysts within the team.
- System Requirements analysis based on the BP&S standard deliverables
- SOA specifications to translate the high level functional business requirements of the interfaces to the technical system requirements for the different providing business systems
- Standard integration requirements documents.
- Impact analysis, AS-IS vs. TO-BE analysis, design and testing (including supervision of UAT with core users).
- TO-BE processes
- Training materials and documentation for end users, as well as training the end users and guiding the change in the organization.
- Knowledge transfer to support services and agreed documentation
