Loyens & Loeff is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & L&D Adviser to strengthen its HR team.


You will join and complete a 3-member HR team excited to welcome you!


Your Tasks

  • Oversee Learning & Development programs & initiatives;
  • Strategic analysis and optimization of our learning and development programs
  • Recruit Medior & Senior Associates, Business Functions, and Management profiles;
  • Maintaining and reviewing partnerships with recruitment agencies;
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives;
  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies;
  • Leading in ad-hoc soft HR projects
  • Leading and assisting internal recruitment events, onboarding academy and study days.


Your Profile

  • As a Talent Acquisition & L&D Adviser you use your language skills (Dutch, French and English) on a daily basis;
  • You bring 5 years of recruitment or/ and L&D experience, with a background in a service environment (preferably a law firm) being a valuable asset;
  • Your dynamic, accessible, openminded but critical personality allows you to hire future top talent;
  • With your strong communication, verbal and interpersonal skills you can easily adapt and connect with diverse audiences;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Being part of the HR team, you are always discrete, reliable and flexible.
