"Is there going to be Present to Succeed Conference 2025?" "Your website is still the old one. What's going on?" We thank you for asking. Allow me to bring you behind the scenes... First and foremost, the event is happening on June 6. Book your calendars! Over 150 tickets are already gone, so if you want to secure yours or the ones for your team, just DM me. So why is there still nothing online? The reasons for that are many, and we have been addressing all of them for months. But in this post, I want to tell you more about the #1 reason causing the delay. I promised to share some unique stories this year here. Well, here we go. At the end of August last year, we kicked off a major rebranding project with one of the top design studios in the country. So far, we have always designed everything ourselves, and that's okay. However, together with Iva Nachkova we know there's another level to our event's brand, and we decided to pursue that this time around. It was all going great in the first few meetings (and in a way, it still is). We were executing according to schedule, and it looked like by the end of November, we'd have everything needed to launch the new website and start making noise. However, things didn’t work that way. The moment we approved the concept, we had difficulty implementing it in the context and theme of this year's event—AI in Presentations. Fixing that took us a month and a half. A month and a half that was hard on everyone: us, as the people who quickly understood what this delay means and what risks it presents, and surely the otherwise incredible team at the design studio. There was no way around this. We had to do this right. This project is of huge importance to our event. There are tons of news we want to share with you, but for us to do that, we need a strong foundation, and this project lays down that foundation. Get ready! We are close. The new website is currently being worked on, and we will announce it by the end of this week or early next week. I hope that at least some of you will find it interesting to see behind the curtain and learn what type of challenges event producers need to go through to create an experience you would love to be a part of. I am planning to share many more stories in the months to come... P.S. Yes, of course, there is a beautiful behind-the-scenes video of the whole process too.

  • We've been silent for some time but huge news about the next event on June 6th are coming very, very soon. To stay more active and publish more often, however, we need some marketing help. Know someone?

I’ve started mapping out the must-attend PPT events for 2025. Here’s my list so far - let me know if I missed something:    📅 March: The Presentation Design Conference by CreativePro Network, Inc.    Whether you’re a designer, consultant, or creative agency founder, this is the event to attend. My highlights to watch out for: must-have AI tools, tech that takes your slides to the next level, and all the latest features to explore.    📅 June: Present to Succeed Conference hosted by our neighbors in Bulgaria 356labs Presentation Agency   There’s a reason everyone is still talking about Present to Succeed 2024. June 6, 2025, is the date, and the theme? AI in Presentations. I’m already imagining the inspiration and ideas I’ll bring back from this one. 📅 June also: CreativePro Network, Inc. Week    It’s been a dream of mine to visit Phoenix and, hopefully, attend in person to finally meet all the amazing experts I’ve only spoken to online. Graphic designers, production artists, creative managers, educators, and more - all in one place.    📅 September/October: The Unconference (formerly Presentation Summit) by BetterPresenting.com   You might have heard that 2024 was the last in-person Presentation Summit. That’s true, but they’re not retiring! Rick Altman has confirmed a reimagined format called The Unconference for 2025. I’m eagerly waiting for more details.    Help me grow this list. What PowerPoint, presentation, or add-ins-focused events should I add? Drop your recommendations in the comments! 💬

Early call for a Design Lead and a Junior Marketing & Comms for 356labs Presentation Agency and our event Present to Succeed Conference! More details below. Please share with friends. No, there aren't official job offers published here yet, but we wanted to share the news that we're on the look. There are tons of really exciting things we're working on and planning for both brands. However, we need the help of some really talented and ambitious individuals who want to join us in this journey. If you know such people or if you are one of them and you're reading this right now, please DM me here and let's talk.

  • Memories of an experience like no other. And yes, one of the reasons we all loved it so much was because of the unusual slide size we had for almost all of the presentations of our speakers.

What size is your presentation? 🤔 I guess you don’t know—never really paid attention to that. You open a new PPT file and create it using the default settings. Or maybe you know you have either the standard 4:3 or the widescreen 16:9. With the change in screens, the latter has become more popular. A couple of months ago, the Present to Succeed Conference 2024 took place, and I enjoyed how the #PtS team and other contributors created visual material for the main stage's nonstandard screen. It was wider and allowed for more information without cluttering it. The design was well-balanced, giving appropriate white space to the elements. It was a great support to the speakers at the conference! Of course, it’s not every day that we present on screens of this size. I just want to draw your attention to the fact that it’s not set in stone what screens we can use or might have for presentations in our rapidly developing technological era. Think outside the box, and you might find greater potential to bring your message to the audience. By the way, in MS PowerPoint, you can create your visual material in different sizes—not just the usual 4:3 or 16:9. 😊 Photos source: from Present to Succeed Conference FB account

🌟Present to Succeed Conference 🌟 I had the honor of moderating a panel discussion on the effectiveness of presentations in business at the recent Presentation Skills Conference, and it was an experience like no other! 🙌 This was my biggest audience to date, and stepping onto that stage was both exhilarating and nerve-wracking in the best way possible. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and embrace this challenge. It turns out, I might be starting to enjoy it! 😊 Dan Renwick your great introduction really did it for me! A heartfelt thank you to Boris Hristov and Iva Nachkova for trusting me with this role and for making this incredible experience possible. 🙏 Congratulations to all the speakers and my fellow panelists for being absolutely amazing! 🌟 Looking forward to next year's conference and all the new perspectives it will bring! 🚀 #Grateful #PresentationSkills #Conference #Moderator #Learning #Networking #ExcitedForNextYear
