The platform of the young arbitration community in Bulgaria

About us

The Young Bulgarian Arbitration Practitioners (YBAP) is a group that brings together young professionals, academics, and students who are interested in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. The forum is open to individuals who are aged 40 and below. The objectives of YBAP are two-fold. Firstly, it aims to promote and enhance understanding and interest in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution methods in Bulgaria, including within the legal and business communities. Secondly, the group provides a platform for young arbitration practitioners to share their ideas, experiences, and opinions in a friendly and informal atmosphere. To achieve its objectives, YBAP will host educational and networking events, assisting practitioners in enhancing their knowledge, skills, and career prospects. YBAP is committed to the principles of inclusiveness, transparency, independence, and diversity in all its activities. The group is willing to collaborate with other arbitration practitioner organizations and institutions regionally and internationally. If you want to know more about YBAP, please send us an email to info@ybap.net.
