We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to work along us in Sofia/Bulgaria.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in Delivery and support in the pre-sales if required. You take charge of designing and implementing mainly IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management Solutions within a Project Team. This role involves engaging with clients to map business requirements to technical solutions and leading all aspects improvement and integration of the platform.

Job Requirements
  • Design and Architecture: Own the overall design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM in alignment with business needs. Ensure a consistent CMDB tailored to ITAM use cases which includes foundation data and publisher specific data.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with client customers, product owners, and architects to capture requirements and present technical solutions.
  • Technical Integration: Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs, Service Graph, Spokes and more.
  • ServiceNow Workflows: Coordinate the development and improvement of ServiceNow workflows, using tools like Flow Designer.
  • Ensure creation of architecture diagrams, system documentation, and other vital technical artifacts.
  • Approve update set promotions to production, ensuring alignment with client requirements and platform integrity.
  • Support pre-sales activities including technical demos, project sizing, and client presentations.
Required Experience:

ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Proficiency in ServiceNow Development and Consulting, or equivalent experience.

Experience configuring Normalization Data Services within ServiceNow.

Configuration Management: Deep understanding of Configuration Management Lifecycle and Common Services Data Model.

Expertise in ITOM Discovery for on-premises & cloud environments.

ITAM: Expertise in SAM and HAM for both on-premises and cloud environments.

Knowledge of 3rd Party Credential Storesnetwork access, and firewall configurations.

Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in JavaScript and database knowledge in SQL.

Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster a positive workplace environment with a "can do" demeanour.

Learning Demeanour: Eagerness to grow, learn, and stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends and developments.

Willingness to Travel: Open to travel up to 15% and work in diverse office environments.

Nice to Have:

ServiceNow CMDB Knowledge: Insight into CMDB and experience with Identification and Reconciliation Engine.

ServiceNow Product Lines: Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSMSPM (formerly ITBM) would be a plus

Workflow and Security Knowledge: Understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, platform security, and integration standard processes

SAM Tool Certification

Language Skills: Proficient in EnglishGerman is a plus.
