Who will we be visiting? Learn more about our incredible lineup of producers below! 👇 🐝 Backed By Beesis an award-winning Meadery and Apiary in Burlington, Ontario. The founders - a Meadmaker and a Beekeeper - had a desire to work with pollinators and the products of pollination to help sustain and increase local biodiversity, all while serving the community with quality local honey products. Their beekeeping practices are regenerative, ethical, organic within the hive, and unequivocally sustainable. 🧀 As artisan cheese makers, Upper Canada Cheese Company is committed to the tradition of the cheese maker’s art, relying on seasonality and terroir. Each wheel is produced by hand, ensuring genuine care and quality, and resulting in cheeses that are more complex in taste. Their Guernsey cow's milk is sourced locally from a single herd of cows, and the goat's milk in their cheeses comes from various local farms in southern Ontario. 🐄 The Packing House Inc. is a locally focused, naturally raised, meat procurement specialist and distribution company in Hamilton, Ontario, dedicated to fostering sustainable agriculture practices and supporting local farmers. They're committed to promoting environmentally friendly and humane farming methods and take pride in sourcing high-quality, ethically raised livestock from nearby communities, ensuring transparency and traceability in their supply chain. 🔗 Buy your tickets here: https://hubs.li/Q02KrrgN0
