🌟 Publication Alert: Advancing Alzheimer’s Research with Human Models! 🌟 At Ananda Devices, we are committed to advancing the development of therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. That’s why we’re thrilled to share a major milestone in partnership with Aptah Bio, a trailblazer in tackling age-related diseases. In this study, "Effects of the therapeutic correction of U1 snRNP complex on Alzheimer’s disease" (Scientific Reports, 2024), our NeuroHTS™ human-based platform was used to explore the benefits of a novel therapeutic approach targeting U1 snRNP dysfunction.  💡 Why does this matter? Alzheimer’s research has historically relied on animal models, which often fail to translate into successful treatments. With NeuroHTS™, we provide researchers with a model of human neurons in vitro enabling rapid and efficient neurotoxicity and efficacy testing of compounds directly on human derived tissues — a transformative step to de-risk and accelerate therapy development. Here’s how NeuroHTS™ supported this pioneering work: ✅ 7-Factor Neuromorphological Profiling (7NMP) – Multiparametric analysis of neuronal morphology, including soma area, axonal branching and degeneration.  ✅ Scalable Synaptic Quantification – Comprehensive insights into synaptic health. Key Results Achieved: ✅TAU Protein Reduction – APT20TTMG significantly reduced TAU in Alzheimer’s neurons.  ✅Enhanced Neuronal Function – Increased electrical activity, indicating improved functionality.   ✅Insights into Mechanism of Action – Identification of critical pathways affected by Alzheimer’s. By bridging the gap between preclinical and clinical stages, NeuroHTS™ is driving real progress in Alzheimer’s research and beyond.
