By forging together, thinking differently, and embracing something new, we solved the female mining engineer talent shortage for all Canadian mining companies and made massive positive changes in young graduates' lives. The story has the power to revolutionize how younger people view mining. Paulina Contreras Mirna Rocío Cachay, Nicole Mazzei (Ella/she) and Jeluz Soto Minchán. They engaged in meaningful discussions at the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto and enjoyed a delicious Indigenous meal, deepening their understanding and appreciation of the cultural heritage of the land. 🦅 This experience is part of a broader initiative by leading companies to enhance women's roles in the mining industry and foster diversity and inclusion.
