Borehole drilling for soils analysis is critical step in many commercial projects. Understanding the soil you are building on not only helps the structural engineer calculate the baring capacity of the soil and thus how wide the foundations need to be, but it also helps the civil engineer calculate infiltration rates to help manage storm water. Project Update: Oxford Baptist Church Our Steelway Building Systems structure has arrived and the team is working hard at putting it up! 👷♂️ This part of a construction project is one of our favorites. 230 John St Apartments in Aylmer Ontario is nearing completion. This project converted an old home hardware building center into much needed single bedroom and two bedroom apartments including two fully accessible units! More final photos to come.

PROJECT UPDATE: Talbotville Firehall 🚒 Framing crew has been making great progress at the firehall. Trusses have begun going up getting us close to completing the superstructure. Next step is working on enclosing the building to ensure its weather tight. It's always a push this time of year to get things enclosed before the first snowfall ❄ so the crew was working extra fast as you can tell in the video 🏃♂️ 🏃♂️ Shout out to Middlesex Concrete Forming and @Select Excavating for completing the excavating, foundations, and flatwork! 👍 #Construction #DesignBuild #Southwold #StThomas

Foundations are in at the Oxford Baptist Church and we are gearing up for the arrival of another metal structure supplied to us by Steelway Building Systems! With school starting back up this week, we wanted to highlight the completion of the Mount Salem Christian School. The team pushed hard to dot all the i's and cross all the T's in order to obtain full occupancy of the building in advance of the first day of school.
