The disruption to Canada Post services means that BC Cancer Screening Programs are unable to send mailed reminder letters, result letters and cervix self-screening kits to program participants. Screening results continue to be sent directly (electronically or by fax) to health care providers and follow-up clinics. If your cervix, breast, colon or lung screening result requires follow up, you will hear from your provider or your follow-up clinic. For cervix and colon FIT screening results, please go to Health Gateway. If you have a Cervix Self-Screening kit at home, please wait until after postal services resume to complete your sample and then mail it back to the lab. Results, reminders and cervix self-screening kits will be sent out to you once postal services resume.
