On Remembrance Day, we pause to honor the bravery, sacrifice, and service of those who gave everything for our freedom. Today, we remember not only those who served on the front lines but also the families and communities that supported them, whose lives were forever changed. The poppy we wear is a symbol of resilience, a tribute to the courage and sacrifice of men and women in conflicts past and present. Let us stand together in gratitude, honoring their legacy by building a future rooted in peace, unity, and understanding. Lest we forget.

🎃 Halloween Safety Reminder for Drivers 🎃 As Halloween approaches, our neighborhoods will be filled with excited kids in costumes, moving from house to house. It’s a time of excitement for them, but a time for extra caution for us drivers. Here are a few reminders to keep everyone safe this Halloween: 🚗 Slow Down: Kids can be unpredictable, darting out between parked cars or crossing streets unexpectedly. Reducing your speed gives you extra time to react. 👀 Stay Alert: Be vigilant, especially in residential areas. Keep an eye out for any movements on sidewalks, driveways, and road crossings. 🌙 Use Headlights: With early sunsets, visibility is key. Ensure your headlights are on, even in well-lit areas, to increase visibility for both you and others. 🚸 Avoid Distractions: Put away your phone and keep your focus on the road. A moment’s distraction can lead to a lifetime of regret. Let’s make this Halloween a safe and memorable night for everyone. 🎃

It was wonderful to see Premier Danielle Smith and Honorable Jason Nixon, ECA, MLA visiting Rocky Mountain House to connect with local businesses!
Proud 🌾 Albertan & 🍁 Canadian. Wife. Dog Lover 🐶 Honoured to be the MLA for Brooks-Medicine Hat, Alberta's 19th Premier and Leader of the UCP.
Had a great time recently at Rival Trade Brewing with MLA Jason Nixon and the Rimbey Rocky Mountain House constituency association last week. Always a pleasure to catch up and chat about the work we're doing to keep Alberta strong and free.
