We're thrilled to share the latest advancements at the Rama Benson site in Orillia, where progress is leaping forward thanks to modular construction. The 36,800 sqft project is being built on the land of the Chippewas of Rama First Nation. The two 2-storey residential buildings will provide multi-family community housing and are part of a broader initiative to tackle the affordable housing crisis.
