Meet Robert Gonzales, a Safety Lead at our Waxahachie, TX Insulation Plant who's been part of Owens Corning for 17.5 years!    Robert thrives on collaboration, finding solutions by engaging with employees, and hearing different perspectives.  When he's not ensuring workplace safety, you might find him hiking and traveling — he's explored 34 states and multiple countries!     His dream trip? New Zealand to visit The Lord of the Rings filming locations!
