Our building inspectors visited a very special new community to inspect construction and issue development and building permits. We’re happy to confirm that 21 new building permits were issued for the new Gingerbread community at Manoah Steves Elementary last week. 🥳🥳🥳 This year's theme focused on tackling increased residential density in the Gingerbread community. Our team conducted inspections to ensure that the houses were built according to the 2024 Gingerbread Construction Codes and met all other requirements. Needless to say, we had loads of fun with 21 happy and jumpy gingerbread people in the newly approved gingerbread community!
