Great news for transit riders in Moncton – Codiac Transpo is introducing a new audio-visual stop announcement system! Moncton transit riders will now be able to hear bilingual stop announcements and see stop names displayed as the bus approaches — helping create safer, more accessible journeys. CNIB worked closely with Codiac Transpo on this project, participating in test runs and providing valuable feedback that assisted with the implementation of the new system. The plan is to install the system on every bus in the fleet within the next year. Read about the new stop announcement system: https://lnkd.in/ghURAne2
