Our CEO Anthony Ariganello, C.M. was part of a panel at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition yesterday. The session was titled "Adapt and Overcome - Navigating Times of Change and Uncertainty". It was a thought provoking panel that discussed many important topics ranging from how to instill effective communication frameworks to how to overturn negative workplace cultures. The other esteemed panelists were Angela Ryan DProf FCIPD, Berna Oztinaz, David Bearfield and Amanda Arrowsmith Chartered FCIPD.
