*In-person event alert* Canadian charities spend over $30 billion annually to support vulnerable populations—but the distribution of that support isn't always even. That’s where data can make a difference! Earlier this year, we teamed up with the Definity Insurance Foundation to conduct a data-driven analysis of the national charitable landscape. This study aims to highlight areas of philanthropic under-investment across Canada, focusing on BIPOC communities and the intersections of climate, health, and socio-economic outcomes. Join us for an insightful discussion as Jeffrey Baer, FCAS, FCIA, CSPA, Abhishek Goyal, PhD, and Shannon Torcato present the findings, share recommendations, and talk about key learnings from the project.
