Diversified Communications is a third-generation, family-owned business, established in 1949 when Horace Hildreth Sr. acquired the license for WABI-AM in Bangor, Maine, USA. What began as a single radio station has since evolved into a global media enterprise.
Today, Diversified Communications manages nearly 50 market-leading brands, organizes over 100 annual events, and produces 7 publications alongside more than 25 digital products. With a workforce of approximately 500 employees worldwide, the company has become a key player in the international media landscape.
