About us
For over 25 years, we have been manufacturing Plastic Containers including Deli containers, Dairy containers, Heavy Duty Plastic Pails and Drinking cups . We operate in a fully equipped 175,000+ square foot plant including: 25 injection molding machines, ranging from 90 to 500 ton 8 printing lines Container decorating with as much as 9 colours for small containers and 6 colours for our biggest pails In-mould labelling and heat transferlabelling used to decorate containers We produce over 80,000 injection molded parts per day in thermo-forming, currently we can produce over 21 million parts per week, Custom coloured pails, lids & handles We believe in change. That's why we mould our business to fit new standards made essential by new and friendly technology. Our goal is to design containers that stand out both within the industry and on store shelves. Our products are always to industry standard, attractive and afforable. We use the very latest machinery on our production lines, so our manufacturing techniques result in lower production costs due to greater mechanical efficiency. At E. Hoffman Plastics a package is more than just a container; it's a valuable interaction that we help you craft between you and your ideal customers - now more responsibly than ever.

📌 Tým pražské advokátní kanceláře Eversheds Sutherland pod vedením managing partnera Bořivoj Líbal a advokáta Jan Houlík poskytoval právní poradenství kanadské skupině E. Hofmann Plastics při akvizici většinového podílu ve společnosti PAP Packaging a.s. Skupina E. Hofman Plastics touto akvizicí zabránila hrozící insolvenci a umožnila pokračování výroby této české společnosti s významnou historií, jejíž počátky sahají až do dob vzniku sirkárny Solo Sušice. 🥃 Skupina E. Hofmann Plastics je mezinárodní výrobce potravinářských i průmyslových plastových nádob a obalů s 25letou zkušeností na kanadském trhu. Akvizice probíhala v rámci aukčního procesu konaného v souvislosti s likvidací prodávajícího, italské společnosti MANFREPLAST S.R.L. IN LIQUIDAZIONE, zastoupené PwC jako transakčními poradci a advokátní kanceláří Urban & Hejduk s.r.o., advokátní kancelář. Akciová společnost PAP Packing a.s. sídlí v Sušici a papírové obaly a kelímky začala vyrábět již v roce 1933. V souvislosti s likvidací svého italského vlastníka se i společnost PAP Packing a.s. dostala do finančních problémů. 🗞 Poradenství zahrnovalo právní prověrku cílové společnosti, vyjednávání transakční dokumentace, poradenství v souvislosti s podpisem a vypořádáním, a také intenzivní komunikaci s financujícími bankami. Součástí byla taktéž podpora při změně systému corporate governance cílové společnosti. 📌 A team from the Prague law firm Eversheds Sutherland, led by managing partner Bořivoj Líbal and associate Jan Houlík, provided legal advice to the Canadian group E. Hofmann Plastics on the acquisition of a majority share in PAP Packaging a.s. The acquisition prevented the threat of insolvency and enabled the continuation of production of the Czech company with a significant history dating back to the founding of the Solo Sušice match factory. 🥃 E. Hofmann Plastics Group is an international manufacturer of food and industrial plastic containers and packaging with 25 years of experience in the Canadian market. The acquisition was part of an auction process held in connection with the liquidation of the seller, the Italian company MANFREPLAST S.R.L. IN LIQUIDAZIONE, represented by PwC as transaction advisors and by the law firm Urban & Hejduk s.r.o., advokátní kancelář. The company PAP Packing a.s. is based in Sušice and began producing paper packaging and cups in 1933. In connection with the liquidation of its Italian owner, PAP Packing a.s. also ran into financial problems. 🗞 Our advice included legal due diligence of the target company, negotiation of transaction documentation, advisory in connection with the signing and completion, and intensive communication with the financing banks. It also included support in changing the corporate governance system of the target company.
