  • We are proud to continue supporting the Introduction to Millwrighting (ITM) program, a vital initiative by the Millwright Regional Council and Ontario Power Generation’s Indigenous Opportunities Network (ION). This forward-thinking program empowers #Indigenous participants with the skills needed to become Millwright apprentices, while addressing the growing demand for skilled trades within the energy sector. We had the privilege of attending last week’s graduation ceremony, celebrating the achievements of eight outstanding individuals who completed the program. We’re thrilled to have already welcomed two ITM apprentices to the E.S. Fox team in the past and on-boarded two more apprentices this week! Supporting initiatives like ITM underscores our dedication to fostering diversity and strengthening the skilled trades workforce. This initiative is also a great testament to our shared commitment to #Reconciliation. Congratulations to all the graduates! A special thanks to OPG, Millwright Regional Council, and everyone who made this program possible.
