Period Pain Simulator Meets Menovest™ : The Menopause Simulator. This year's theme for International Women's Day is Inclusion. A recent study by PcW showed that chronic period pain and menopause are two major contributors for the gender pay gap and inequality in the workplace. Stigma, silence, misinformation and invalidation of people's experiences perpetuate the problem.
