Today we're launching one of Spellbook's most requested features: Playbooks. Playbooks are custom rule sets that enable AI to review contracts like you do: ✅ Instantly check if a contract meets your standards ➡️ Auto-insert preferred language and fallbacks 🗒️ AI explains its reasoning with citations 🔌 Connects to your workflow in Microsoft Word We believe that AI in 2025 will become hyper-personalized, rather than spitting out an "average of everything". 2025's legal AI will learn from you, work like you and write like you.

2024 was an exciting and impactful year at Voltpost. We achieved significant milestones that advanced our mission of decarbonizing mobility by democratizing charging access. ⭐ Commercialization. In April, we announced the commercial launch of our lamppost retrofit #EV #charging solution, and won contracts to deploy 200+ Voltpost lamppost charging ports in 2025 across New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, and California. 🤝 Partnerships. We are building robust partnerships with leading private and public sector leaders nationwide, including collaborating with AT&T to provide IoT connectivity to Voltpost EV charging lampposts, and participating in the Transit Tech Lab (Innovation Labs) managed by Partnership for New York City, which led to working with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to pilot our charging platform in 2025. 🚀 Financing. We closed a $3.7M Seed+ round led by RWE Energy Transition Investments and Impact America Fund with participation by Good News Ventures and other mission aligned investors. 💪 Team Expansion. We grew our team from 15 employees at the end of 2023 to 19 employees, 2 interns, and 3 contractors. 🔧 Manufacturing. We completed the NYSERDA Scale For ClimateTech accelerator, becoming the first climate tech company to complete the Venture For ClimateTech and Scale programs. 🏆 Recognition. We were recognized with several high-profile accolades this year, highlighting our innovative design and impactful technology. We won the prestigious Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) IDEA award in the Social Impact Design category; the 2024 Smart City Expo USA Startup Competition; the 2024 URBAN-X Future Mobility Startup Challenge; and BMW Group Urban Life Award. We were also named a finalist in the Fast Company 2024 Innovation by Design Awards; the SXSW Innovation Award in Urban Design; and the United States Conference of Mayors Civic I/O Tech Pitch. In addition, our Co-Founder, COO Luke Mairo was named a Forbes 30 Under 30! 📰 Media. Voltpost received an incredible amount of media coverage this year, highlighting our company milestones and team’s insights on industry trends. 🌎 Looking Ahead.
