    Imposter syndrome is the world's greatest secret. Someone told me once, "even the Pope gets up in the morning and thinks to himself, "I just gotta fool them for two more weeks to make it to pay day". While that may or may not be true, it's safe to say imposter syndrome is something most (if not all) of us have had to deal with. We're all a mess. Go easy on yourself.

    I am so grateful for the opportunity to partner with This Hour Has 22 Minutes. Now in its' 31st season, this show is a Canadian treasure. Last week we wrapped up a 4 day "Leadership Essentials" bootcamp for the department heads of 22 Minutes.
