Congratulations are in order! University of South Carolina running back (and Isophit user) Raheim Sanders is one of three players selected to receive college football’s 2024 Comeback Player of the Year Award. He will be honored during an on-field ceremony at the 2024 College Football Playoff Quarterfinal. Raheim, also known as “Rocket” for obvious reasons, was a 2022 breakout star at the University of Arkansas in 2022, finishing second in the SEC with 1443 rushing yards—but his 2023 season was derailed by a knee issue and severe shoulder injury. Rocket refused to be daunted by a complicated recovery process—he transferred to South Carolina for the 2024 season, where he was introduced to Isophit by Chip Morton, the Senior Associate Director of South Carolina’s Strength & Conditioning Program. After starting to train with Isophit, his performances improved steadily over the 2024 season. Not only was Raheim third in the SEC in rushing yards, he also led conference running backs with 316 yards receiving on 27 catches. We can’t wait to see what Raheim does next!

World Series Champion Andrew Hauser knows a thing or two about athletic performance. Over 14 years, he served in leadership roles across five Major League Baseball teams, overseeing player health, performance, and rehabilitation. In 2021, as the Director of Performance Rehab for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Andrew faced a significant challenge: finding training equipment suitable for his team during the grueling travel schedule of a baseball season. This challenge led him to Isophit. Read more about his Isophit™ story here: bit.ly/4fpaoeg

The Isophit 30inThirty program is the gold standard of full-body isometric strength training. It is tried, tested, and true. We spent years figuring out which exercises should be paired together to make your body function more efficiently. After starting the 30inThirty program, you’ll experience near immediate improvements in muscle strength, bone strength, tendon strength, force production, injury risk reduction, and recovery. During each workout, you do a total of 30 exercises—10 exercises for your core, 10 exercises for your lower body, and 10 exercises for your upper body. Each exercise lasts for a duration of 45 seconds. The goal during each 45-second workout block is to try as hard as you can, or in other words to generate as much force as possible. In 30 minutes, you exert maximum force and get maximum impact from 30 isometric holds. The results speak for themselves—you need to experience The Isophit Effect for yourself. isophit.com

Mike Powell’s long jump record has been old enough to drink in America for over a decade, now. Will it ever be broken? We can’t say for sure, but if we were training an athlete to break his record, here’s what we would advise. To jump exceptionally far, an athlete must achieve perfect takeoff velocity, an optimal takeoff angle, and sustained body control under the influence of air resistance. Once a jumper takes flight, they must be able to resist the impact of air resistance. In a competition where a few centimeters could determine the victor, every variable must be controlled for. How do athletes maximize their ability to control their bodies despite external forces such as air resistance? They build isometric strength—the ability to produce force or torque while maintaining a constant muscle length. When athletes build full-body isometric strength, they improve their neuromuscular efficiency and structural integrity. They build a greater ability to withstand forces such as air resistance. They jump further. Training full-body isometric strength will make athletes biomechanically optimal. They will be able to handle the immense forces required for optimal approach, takeoff, flight, and landing phases of a long jump. If a long jumper wants to break Mike Powell’s record, they should train with the world leading isometric exercise equipment and programming company. They should train with isophit.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are having their best season ever, so far—they’ve won their first fifteen games. Only the 2015-2016 Golden State Warriors, the best regular season NBA team of all time, have won more games to start their season. No matter how long their streak continues, it’s safe to say the Cavs have exceeded expectations. We’re so excited to see how far they go. Sending a huge shout out to the Cavs strength coach, Derek Millender, who uses the Isophit for himself and with his players. When Derek connected with our founder, Brad Thorpe, he was on the tail end of a decade-long battle with tendinitis. Training with our strength kit helped Derek to heal. These days, Derek also uses the Isophit to train his players. Our products and methodology help professional athletes like Jarrett Allen and Donavan Mitchell to generate force, tolerate force, transfer force, and express force where it matters most... in competition. Whether you're an elite athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or someone looking to improve overall health, the Isophit Strength Kit is your all-in-one solution for safer, more effective strength training. Don't just train—evolve. Experience The Isophit Advantage today and redefine what's possible in competition, your fitness journey, and your life.

Huge shout out to our Isophit partners down in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the Wake Forest University Men’s Soccer Team, for officially achieving their 13th consecutive season of reaching a double-digit win total. Not to brag on their behalf, but this is the longest such streak nationwide. We’ve had the honor of working with the Wake Forest team on their RTP (return to play) and training protocols. Can’t wait to see how this program continues to break the mold and raise the bar. Congratulations to the Wake Forest Team and staff—it’s an honor to help your athletes move closer to their full potential.

You don’t train because it’s convenient. You don’t train because it’s fun. You train to win. You train because you’d rather make sacrifices than squander your potential. You train because your aspirations are too expansive to accommodate half-hearted work ethic. You train hard—but ask yourself, are you willing to train smart? Are you training like Olympians? Are you training like a World Champion? Are you preparing your body to compete at a high level—not just today, not just tomorrow, but ten years from now? That’s where Isophit comes in. Our training methodology is backed by science, not trends. We’ve spent years working with the world’s fastest, strongest, most gifted athletes. We work with competitors. We work with hard workers. We ensure that athletes like you who want to unlock their full potential have a greater ability to generate force, tolerate force, transfer force, and express force where it matters most... in competition. And we ensure that the same training program preparing you for tomorrow’s competition reduces your injury risk dramatically, so that you can compete for years, and decades, to come. You only get one body—train smart. Train to win. Train with Isophit.
