Every year, our Head Office in downtown Vancouver is very grateful to receive some generous gifts from our valued business partners during the holiday season. Several years ago, ITC started the tradition of auctioning off these gifts to the employees in an exciting live auction event! With the money we raise, ITC matches the amount and we donate everything to give back to the community. We are proud to announce that this year, we will be able to give $3,500 to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank so they can help support those who may need it. On November 28, the Arbutus site team held the structure completion celebration, marking a significant project milestone. The event was attended by approximately 375 attendees, including workers and guests. Representatives from ITC and Larco Investments Ltd. delivered speeches, and the event featured the ceremonial pouring of the last concrete, finished with gold trowels to symbolize the achievement and hard work of the entire project team. A fully catered lunch was provided for all in attendance, and as part of ITC tradition, a raffle was held with prizes generously donated from GB Group Recycling Ltd. in support of Ronald McDonald House BC and Yukon. A total of $3,690 was raised through raffle sales, and with the ITC match, we were able to raise $7,380 for this wonderful organization! On September 26th, ITC, in collaboration with the Homes by Avi (Canada) Inc. team, celebrated the momentous groundbreaking ceremony of the Sovereign Project in the vibrant heart of downtown Calgary. ITC is deeply honored to have been chosen as AVI's general contractor for constructing this remarkable 155-unit condominium mid-rise building. ITC had an incredible time at the 36th Annual Invitational Golf Tournament in support of Ronald McDonald House BC and Yukon! On September 22, 2024, we celebrated the Ridge Beam completion of the Ling Yen Mountain Temple – Expansion Phase 1. Together with the Temple Masters and Individuals of the Ten Directions, we witnessed this milestone of this magnificent building in beautiful ceremony at the project site in Richmond.
