What a year 2024 has been! As I reflect back, I am beyond grateful for everyone who has shaped each season: to my inspiring colleagues who show up each day with a passion to make a difference; to our incredible clients we have the privilege to partner with and solve many a complex problem; to the visionary leaders at Jarvis Consulting Group who are guided with the purpose of 'equalizing opportunity to maximize potential'; to my mentors, coach and professional tribe who generously share from their wisdom; and above all, my family, who ground and support me infinitely. This year had many "first times" (professionally and personally), which brought along it's fair share of excitement, learnings, struggle, growth and fulfillment. 🎄 Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year, and I embrace every opportunity to celebrate and give back. This year, I had the privilege of joining an incredible team of dedicated volunteers at the Education Bank for their "Santa at the Education Bank" event. Together, we brought joy, cheer, and gifts to the children and families that the Education Bank serves. I even had the opportunity to play Santa! 🎅 On behalf of the team Jarvis Consulting Group, I was also honoured to present a meaningful contribution to support the Education Bank's incredible work. #EquityinEducation #HolidaySpirit

In my short time as Chair of the Board at the Education Bank, I’ve already seen firsthand the power of impactful initiatives that drive real change. A prime example is the incredible event hosted by Sun Life last week as part of our #WishesofHope campaign. 🌟 The team at Sun Life exemplifies what it means to “Walk the Walk of Equity”, and it was inspiring to connect with both new and familiar faces. 🤝 A special shoutout to Maya Beri, whose dedication and hard work made this event possible. 👏 When we think about the future, we think about kids. 🎓 That’s why, even though we’re just getting started, I couldn’t be more excited about what lies ahead.
