This is how we went about building our Competitive Landscape Analysis 👇 It started with the guy at Klue that uses Klue, Hunter, and our VP of Marketing Katie Berg looking to build something that they could present to the SLT for their annual planning. Katie wanted to present a better understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, areas for growth, TAM, etc. And what was the most valuable insight to help them build this? Buyer insights. Insights from Win-Loss interviews, insights from the actual calls with customers to see what is customer sentiment, how many competitors are coming up in deals, which competitors are they… It was the main driving force of intelligence. And Hunter had some interesting takeaways after doing this for the first time – check them out 👇
