There's no chance you've missed the facelift that occurred late this summer on Jasper Avenue between 108 and 107 Street. A building, formerly packed with partiers, aged beyond its life and fell into disrepair. But Maclab Development Group bought the building and was keen to transform the look of the space, even if it is only temporary.
