To every working mother on here. I have a message. The world keeps telling you that you are not important. I am here to tell you that you are SO important they want you to believe you aren't. To everyone who said pay transparency legislation wasn't possible: we did that. To those who claimed advocacy without grants, donations and corporate backing couldn't work: we proved you wrong. To the thousands of working mothers who funded our work by choosing our programs: you made real change possible. 2025 will be about turning these legislative wins into workplace reality by more organizing, more gathering, more surprises. Because passing laws is just the beginning - Moms at Work will continue to show up where working mothers need our support most. I will continue to fight as long as you need me to...and as someone once said to me as an insult - I have an abnormal amount of fight in me. Looking forward to 2025. Al x

We thought we would have a little fun and share our own Moms at Work 2024 Wrapped! Which slide is your favourite? I'm partial to 3.2 million dollars in salary increases for Collective members. 💅 That's a lot of money in women's pockets. 💰 No matter how you showed up for Moms at Work in 2024, whether that's following us on LinkedIn or being a member of the Collective, we are just so happy you are here. 💕
