The Best Weekend Formula You’ll Ever Use: (I’ve used it to stay refreshed and productive all year) It’s called CRUEL → Chill, Relax, Unplug, Enjoy, Live it Up. It’s simple but often overlooked by busy professionals. Here’s how it works (with examples): Problem → Feeling burned out after a long week? Agitate → It’s affecting your creativity and productivity. Solution → Be 'CRUEL' this weekend: Chill 🧘♂️ Relax 🌴 Unplug 🔌 Enjoy 🎉 Live it Up ✨ Just like that, you’ve got a winning weekend plan. And a clear path to rejuvenation. Use this formula to recharge and come back with fresh perspectives. Stop letting weekends slip by. Start implementing this formula now! Happy Weekend! 🎉

🎯 *"Life is a Journey; Weekends are the Checkpoints"* Whenever you take a road trip, there are those moments where you need to stop along the way to refresh, refuel and stretch, your legs before continuing on the journey. In a similar way, weekends offer us a chance to pause, allowing us to recharge our batteries and evaluate our goals and priorities. Don't just let weekends pass by; approach them with intentionality, using them as a time to not only relax but also to realign yourself with your goals and aspirations. Take some time to check-in with your journal or planner, reflect and make necessary adjustments to ensure you stay on course toward your journey. Enjoy your weekend! LCSM ❤️ Highlight@followers

THIS will change the way you think about your Out Of Office message… 📧 The holidays are upon us. For you, this might mean going full out of office mode. Or keeping the engine ticking over. For me, it’s a mix. I won’t be shutting the doors completely this year, because I’m taking some time off the week beforehand. Plus, I’ve got my annual jaunt to the Rockaway Beach Weekender at Butlin’s Bognor Regis kicking off on Friday 4th January. 🤘 Yes, this girl knows how to live large, you know! And, of course, my retained and regular clients still need their copy fix before and after the holy trinity of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. But I won’t be at anyone’s beck and call. There’ll be no meetings. No Zooms. (Not even if you bribe me with Salted Caramel Espresso Martini.) I might check in on emails and LinkedIn here and there. But even a whirlwind like me deserves some me time while keeping things jogging along. Now, let’s talk about the Out of Office email message. You're missing a trick if you only use it as a polite “I’ll get back to you soon” note! Because it’s PRIME marketing real estate to highlight: 🎅 A sneak peek at what’s coming in January. 🎅A cheeky nod to products or services you want to push. 🎅A call-to-action, like booking a virtual cuppa for the New Year when everybody's back in the game. Here’s mine below. 👇 What about you? Are you using your OOO to market your business? Have you tried this approach before? Or is this the nudge you needed to give it a go? Let me know. And don’t forget to schedule in some you time if you’re still hustling through the holidays. We all deserve it. 🎄

How has your week been? On a personal level, the frustration levels are building over two ongoing issues, which take more time and energy than I would like. It is taking all of my reserves to stay calm 😱 From a business perspective, it is a very different picture, and thank goodness it has been another epic week at SKVA which has helped distract me. Here are just a few of the fun tasks I have dealt with for clients: 📰 2 Newsletters written and scheduled 📩 Daily Inbox management ➕ Positive conversations with contacts, for services I have recommended 🆘 Ad-hoc tasks undertaken - for an SOS received yesterday ⏲️ Minutes for a three-hour meeting, typed up and ready to issue This is my week summed up in one picture ⬇️🤣 (Yes, I ate them all, and Yes, they were lovely, but back to a more healthy diet for me!) I would love to know how your week has been. Which picture would sum it up for you? #fridayfun #virtualassistantservices #smallbusinesssupport

It’s Not Too Late… But You’re Cutting It Fine! I see you. While the rest of the world seems to have started Christmas two weeks ago, you’re still deep in the weeds, scrambling to get everything done so you can finally switch off by Christmas Eve. I’ve been there - feeling like the hamster wheel is turning faster than ever, telling yourself, “Next year will be different,” but not really knowing how to make it happen. Here’s the good news: It doesn’t have to be like this in 2025. Yesterday, we kicked off Best Year Ever 2025, and it was electric. But because I know how busy this time of year is, we’re giving you another shot. We’re re-running Session 1 live on Friday, January 3rd, from 9 – 10 am GMT. No excuses. This is your chance to get in, catch up, and hit the ground running. Then, from Thursday, January 9th, we’ll meet every week to ensure you: ✅ Step out of the chaos and into clarity. ✅ Get laser-focused on your goals. ✅ Build the freedom, systems, and success you’ve been chasing. This is your moment to step up, break free from the grind, and make 2025 the year you finally take back control. 🔥 Don’t wait—register now: https://lnkd.in/dBkUNeZp Let’s make sure you’re not having the same conversation with yourself this time next year.

My Weekends Are For My Family It's all about time management and the right priorities. If you aim for getting things done swiftly and in time, you are not only delivering on promises, but also safe valuable time for your loved ones. Don't strive for perfection, but for efficiency. "Power is work over time." It's a fundamental concept in physics, but also applies for many other areas in life. If I did my job well during the week, I can recharge on the weekend. Planned activities with my family make weekends special. But sometimes, the best weekends are those with no plans at all, allowing everyone to relax and engage in spontaneous activities. It's all about Incorporating everyone’s interests. Everyone wins. It's my responsibility to make it happen. #TimeManagement #FamilyTime
