We’re so excited to share that our region took home THREE Tourism Awards of Excellence last night! Tall Pines Music Festival won Tourism Event of the Year (Kevin Goodman, Jonny Desilva) celebrating its tourism impact and community spirit. Muskoka Steamships and Discovery Centre received the Indigenous Tourism Award for the new Misko-Aki Exhibit, honouring Indigenous culture and history and Bala Cranberry Festival earned the title of Ontario Culinary Event of the Year! Thank you to Tourism Industry Association of Ontario for an incredible Ontario Tourism Summit. It’s a highlight of the year to connect with colleagues and to continue to learn. A big congratulations to Destination Ontario on 25 years, we’re so proud to be part of #TeamOntario.
