About us
Nodding Donkey Brewing was born out of a simple idea: to bring the art of craft brewing to the good folks of Drayton Valley and the surrounding area. With the spirit of adventure in our hearts and a deep appreciation for the rich history of beer and our local area, we have embarked on a journey to create brews that are not only delicious but also an experience in a glass. We pay homage to the forestry, agricultural and oil and gas industries that have been the backbone of our community for decades. Our name may have started with a nod from the pumpjacks that dot the landscape, but truly, our journey is all about crafting liquid gold of a different kind. Our brewery is more than just a place to sip on cold beer; it's a cozy, inviting space where friends gather to share stories and enjoy the cold taste that's about to define Drayton Valley.
