November came and went quite Swiftly, don't you think? 💖 Let's dive in head first, Fearless! With Taylor Swift bringing her iconic Eras Tour to Canada, many brands decided to fill that Blank Space on their feeds with some Swift-inspired content. For example, McDonald's© introduced the Bestie Bundle, a dining option for two for $13 that included friendship bracelets. 💎 Talk about taking the moment and tasting it! You'd also find many Taylor Swift-themed menus around Toronto and specials for $19.89! Swiftmas may have come and gone, but the holiday season is in full swing, and we saw the return of fan-favourite holiday drinks. Plus, at places like Starbucks® and Jimmy's Coffee, you can now enjoy non-dairy beverages at no additional charge. It's like a little gift from the coffee elves! 🫘 McCain had a pop-up restaurant in Downtown Toronto, complete with their nostalgic Smiles® and Tasti Taters® as the star of sliders and ""nachos."" 🍟 The team checked it out and had a great time. There was even merch! Polar Ice® warmed up with a Cinnamon Sugar flavour from Beavertails®, and Veuve Clicquot©️ is in its puffer jacket era for the chilly season! What will December have in store? We'll see you next month!

🧬🕒 New research sheds light on the diverse ways our bodies age, revealing that aging is not a uniform process but rather highly individualized. Some of us may experience "heart aging" faster, while others might find their brains showing earlier signs of aging. And organ age “appears to be malleable.” This discovery emphasizes the importance of personalized approaches to health and wellness, including diet.
