    Stop Playing It Safe in Marketing. Marketing isn’t medicine or law—mistakes don’t end careers here, but they can spark innovation. So why is so much of the industry obsessed with “proven” methods? Because true innovation feels risky, and we’ve been conditioned to avoid failure at all costs. But if you want to stay ahead, you need a culture that embraces experimentation. Take Google’s 20% Time Policy for example.
