  • October 24, 2024 8:00 AM EDT -QIMC Unveils Landmark Geophysical Survey Findings in its natural hydrogen Ville Marie project. Lachute, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - October 24, 2024) - Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC) (FSE: 7FJ) ("QI Materials", "QIMC" or the "Company"), is proud to announce the very successful results of the non-invasive geophysical surveys conducted in the St-Bruno-de-Guigues area of Témiscamingue. These surveys were commissioned by QIMC to its partner the INRS following the detection of high hydrogen soil-gas anomalies during its summer soil sampling covering an area of 80km2. "We are thrilled with the outcome of these geophysical surveys on the first 3 lines measured, said John Karagiannidis, CEO of QIMC. " The results are in line with our expectations and further confirms Professor Marc Richer-Lafleche hydrogen model of a deep seated hydrothermal source. Even without drilling data, the anomalies seen in the imagery along line 1 suggest a break in the clay horizon's integrity, potentially allowing hydrogen to migrate to the surface. Also, the disturbances on line 3, combined with strong hydrogen soil anomalies, point to the likely presence of gas in the sediments. This geophysics data provides a clear and detailed understanding of the Quaternary geology underlying the hydrogen anomalies and the reservoirs. These findings are critical for future exploration and natural hydrogen development in our natural hydrogen Ville Marie project, as they provide a comprehensive understanding of the area's geology, faulting and gas seepage dynamics reservoir structures" #hydrogen #naturalhydrogen #StockMarket read full press release here: https://lnkd.in/ezBeZB-X

  • $QIMC $QIMCF St-Bruno-de-Guigues, Québec – February 6, 2025 – Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE:QIMC) (OTC:QIMCF) (FSE:7FJ) (“QIMC”) and Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:QMET) (OTC:BTKRF) (“QMET”) are pleased to announce a strategic work program to explore and develop the Matane Natural Hydrogen Project, located in the Appalachian region of Québec. This initiative leverages QIMC’s cutting-edge expertise in hydrogen exploration and geological resource characterization to unlock the project’s full natural clean hydrogen potential. St-Bruno-de-Guigues Natural Clean Hydrogen “As we advance our flagship St-Bruno-de-Guigues Natural Hydrogen Project, where we have already recorded hydrogen concentrations exceeding 7,000 ppm at shallow depths of 50 meters, we are now implementing deeper precision drilling to evaluate the extent and continuity of this hydrogen-rich system. This marks the first time we have encountered these specific lithologies, particularly potassic-bearing units, which play a key role in the radiolytic formation of natural clean hydrogen at depth. #hydrogen #Naturalhydrogen Read Full Press release here: https://lnkd.in/e-dD3vKY

  • $QIMC $QIMCF St-Bruno-de-Guigues, Quebec, January 29, 2025 – Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE:QIMC) is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:QMET), marking a significant step forward in advancing the renewable natural hydrogen sector in Quebec. QIMC congratulates QMET on securing the acquisition of a key hydrogen property in Matane, Quebec. This collaboration solidifies QIMC's role as a key player in the growing renewable hydrogen industry and complements our ongoing focus on the development of the Quebec St. Bruno de Guigues Natural Hydrogen Project. Through this partnership, QIMC will receive 4,000,000 shares of QMET, along with a 0.8% royalty on revenues, further enhancing our position as the consolidator and value creator in the natural clean hydrogen space. QMET has also granted QIMC a 0.8% royalty on revenues from the sale of any hydrogen or other minerals on the property (the “Royalty”). 50% of the Royalty may be purchased for $800,000. “We are thrilled to join forces with QMET on the Matane Hydrogen Project. This region holds tremendous potential, and by combining our expertise, we can accelerate the advancement of Quebec’s clean natural hydrogen as a key energy source. This partnership further strengthens our commitment to positioning Quebec as a global leader in natural hydrogen development while enhancing energy independence,” added John Karagiannidis, CEO of QIMC. #hydrogen #hydrogennow Read Full Press release here: https://lnkd.in/eBqHTuZK

  • $QIMC $QIMCF - St-Bruno-de-Guigues, January 21, 2025 – Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC, FSE: 7FJ, OTCQB: QIMCF) (“QIMC” or the “Company”) is thrilled to announce a major breakthrough at its St-Bruno-de-Guigues Hydrogen project. Our latest tests, in shallow monitoring wells, have exceeded expectations, with one hydrogen concentration measurement reaching a high of 7119 parts per million (ppm) and plateauing at 2886 ppm and five other measurements above 550 ppm including one of over 2400 ppm, one of over 1000 ppm and one of over 900 ppm. These outstanding results, recorded at shallow depths of up to 50 meters, are located in new fault zones inferred from electrical tomography imagery performed by INRS during fall 2024. The observation of high concentrations of hydrogen in the fissured rocks and/or under the soil horizons confirms our previous observations that hydrogen originates from deep geological sources and not from biogenic fermentation processes involving soil organic matter. Furthermore, the near absence of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) (concentrations in trace amounts) in the samples highlights the purity of this deep-seated hydrogen, reinforcing the environmental benefits of this resource. • QIMC Strengthens Strategic Collaboration with Record Resources in the Temiskaming Hydrogen Camp Lachute, Quebec, January 14, 2025 –Quebec Innovative Materials Corp (CSE:QIMC) is pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with Record Resources (TSXV-REC) and congratulates Record for the option agreement to acquire a key property in the Temiskaming hydrogen camp, directly adjacent to QIMC’s significant hydrogen discovery. This strategic collaboration strengthens QIMC’s position as a key player in Ontario’s rapidly growing renewable natural hydrogen sector, while maintaining a focused commitment to rapidly advancing development at QIMC’s Quebec St Bruno de Giugues Natural Hydrogen project. As part of the collaboration, QIMC will receive 6,600,000 shares of REC and a 1% Gross Revenue Royalty (GRR).   The Lorrain-Bucke claim blocks acquired by Record Resources Corp. are underlain by Huronian Group sedimentary and volcanic formations that unconformably overlie Archean metavolcanic and metasedimentary units of the Superior Province rocks. The Huronian Supergoup, in turn, is overlain by a thick succession of Ordovician limestone, dolostone and lesser amount of interbedded sandstone and local conglomerate. This is a geological setup associated with significant natural hydrogen resource potential. These blocks are strategically located, between major rift faults in the Lake Temiskaming Graben structure, a tectonic feature recognized for its potential to host deep mantle-derived volatile-rich sources, including hydrogen. #hydrogen read full press release here: https://lnkd.in/eXB6MH53
