SALCBC proudly collaborated with the Justice Education Society on the "Future of Justice" event, held today at the Surrey Provincial Courthouse. Fifty young women had the opportunity to participate in speed mentoring with professionals from various roles within the justice system, including judges, lawyers, sheriffs, probation officers, judicial case managers, court clerks, and members of the MPA Society. We are grateful to Cree Elder Joy Ward-Dockery for opening today’s event and to our keynote speaker, the Attorney General, Hon. Niki Sharma K.C.
