Employment Lawyer and Litigator at SpringLaw

I was recently I interviewed by HRReporter on the trial use of body cameras being worn in certain workplaces. In the article, I opine on the potential consequences such body cameras may have in the areas of privacy and human rights protections, contract law, litigation, and collective bargaining, amongst others. It is an interesting topic to say the least, and as always I am happy to chat with anyone about this and receive feedback from all my colleagues in the employment bar!
