We will be closed for some rest and family time from noon on December 24th, and will re-open on January 2nd, 2025!

Congratulations to Craigwiel Gardens for breaking ground on their new Long-Term Care Home in Ailsa Craig! This new 96-bed Long-Term Care Home will replace the existing Craigholme facility on the site, offering 13 additional beds, and modernized amenity features including a secure interior courtyard, resident lounges and dining areas, chapel, therapy room, salon, and more. SRM is honored to work with Craigwiel Gardens and the whole Consultant Team (D Grant Construction, GSP Group, Co-Elevate, Strik Baldinelli Moniz and EXP) on this project, which will benefit the local community for years to come.

Finished photos of the Holstein Child Care Centre, which operates out of the Egremont Community School. This project created two new childcare rooms, two new EarlyON Child and Family Centre rooms, and 39 new childcare spaces for the community!

Some lovely interior photos of 10 Shelldale Crescent This building provides 32 units and awesome common spaces for the residents. With 24/7 staff support services to meet resident's needs. It is managed by #KindleCommunities with support from Guelph Community Health Centre and #StonehengeTherapeuticCommunity. SRM is proud to have provided interior design services for this project. This proposed development at 989 Yonge Street, Barrie will offer the perfect mix of residential and commercial space, with a range of building heights from 3 to 12 storeys and 8 townhouse blocks and a proposed 3,000 square meters commercial space. It was designed to contain designated amenity areas and an elevated community trail located along the eastern boundary of the subject lands. SRM completed Architectural Design , Urban Design, Master Planning work and the overall site design for the purpose of a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application. #UrbanDesign #ASADevelopment
