Carbon Capture & Removal Solutions
About us
WHAT WE DO We make filters and rotary contactor machines that capture and remove CO2, a greenhouse gas, from industrial emissions and the air. Our proven carbon capture technology is based on unique solid adsorbents — and it’s scalable, eco-friendly, and commercially available today. OUR UNIQUE APPROACH TO CARBON CAPTURE Based on environmentally friendly solid sorbent technology, our carbon capture and removal solutions offer companies in heavy emitting, hard-to-decarbonize industries a commercially viable way to capture and remove CO2 emissions. The CO2 we capture is concentrated to pipeline-grade purity, which can be safely transported and stored underground or used to make other products.

📢ANNOUNCEMENT / / Together with Speed Skating Canada, we are pleased to announce a climate change awareness and education campaign, “Save the Ice” at the ISU World Cup Speed Skating event in Calgary. https://lnkd.in/gtTWxeWi The campaign aims to raise awareness about the impact of global warming on winter sports, including speed skating. It enables Canadians to make a personal impact on the climate by watching and sharing a video featuring renowned Canadian Olympic speed skater, Gaetan Boucher discussing how climate change is impacting the sport. For every video share, Svante will remove half a kilogram of CO₂* from the atmosphere via our direct air capture (DAC) partner and fellow Canadian carbon removal company, Deep Sky, subject to certain terms and conditions. We're mentioned in the The New York Times! "....decades from now, even if the world is able to completely eliminate all new greenhouse gas emissions, many experts, including the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, a scientific body convened by the United Nations, believe it will still be necessary to remove some carbon dioxide from the atmosphere to reduce global temperatures. ...investors are still eagerly funding new companies in the (carbon dioxide removal and carbon capture) field, hoping that some of their bets pay off. Svante, one of many Canadian companies in the industry, has received more than $570 million from small venture firms as well as big energy companies like Chevron."
